Rapid Neurofascial Reset:
Rapid Neurofascial Reset is a hands on release of restriction in the affected tissues, joint capsules and nerve entrapment’s which causes a neurological change in our systems reset/release and therefore our perception of pain. Treatment is done fully clothed and movement is incorporated for most effective release.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction. This therapy is very effective at facilitating relaxation. CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
The focus of CST is a gentle placement of hands to assist release of the body’s connective tissue, or fascia. This covering forms a body-wide connective network. CST is based on the idea that the body is interrelated at all levels.
Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual technique involving specific placement of soft manual forces to encourage the normal mobility, tone and motion of the viscera (internal organs) and the connective tissue and ligaments that support each organ onto our skeleton. Techniques are then used to gently assist releasing the tension lines and improve visceral mobility. These gentle manipulations can potentially improve the functioning of individual organs, the systems the organs function within, and the structural integrity of the entire body. Throughout the session connection between organs and their ability to store emotions and experiences may also be discussed.
VM increases proprioceptive communication within the body, and can assist in relieving symptoms of pain, dysfunction, and poor posture.

During pregnancy, massage can be very beneficial to both mother and baby. Our Prenatal Massage sessions focus on relieving pain and discomfort in the lower back and hips, as well as increasing overall circulation, and inducing a state of deep relaxation. To ensure optimal comfort and positioning while lying face down (even into your 3rd trimester), we use the bodyCushion™ support system; and can also offer side-lying massage if preferred.
