ELEVATOR: We are located on the 2nd floor (two flights) and there is an elevator lift for those with limited mobility. PLEASE ADD “REQUIRES LIFT” IN THE COMMENTS SECTION AT THE TIME OF BOOKING” as our team will need to lower the elevator lift down to the main floor. (Sounds complicated but it’s simple and we are excited to accommodate you!)

Cancellation Policy
In attempts to be respectful of the practitioner’s time and other patients needs please allow us the courtesy of 12 hours notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations must be received by voicemail, text or email 12 hours prior to your appointment.

The fee for a missed appointment or a late cancellation will be 100% of the cost of the scheduled appointment. This is billed to the patient and by law not billable to the insurance company.
